Where does AZ Inflatable Events deliver?  This is simple, we deliver to the entire state of Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, and New Mexico. We offer residential deliveries up to 25 miles from our warehouse located in Mesa Arizona.  If you are outside of the 25-mile residential area all orders and quotes need to be approved by the warehouse manager.  Depending on your location there may be a minimum equipment charge.  Some of the most popular areas for us to deliver bounce house water slides to is Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Paradise Valley.  Check out our full list of delivery areas!

  • Answer: All prices are based on a 5-hour residential rental set up on regular green grass with flexible delivery and pick-up.  If your order does not fall under those guidelines there may be additional fees or increased prices.  We also run on peak-season pricing. During peak season our prices may be higher than what is shown. 
• Question: Why does the surface matter when making an order?
  • Answer: The surface is important, so we know what kind of setup equipment to bring.
• Question: What kind of surface will we set up an inflatable on?
  • Answer: We set up on regular GREEN grass (80% coverage or more), artificial turf, indoors, landscape rock ½ inch or larger, and clean concrete or asphalt.  We do NOT set up on sand, dirt, or wood chips. 
• Question: What does flexible delivery include?
  • Answer: Flexible delivery allows our delivery team to set up your rental items the day prior or the day of as early as 6:00 am up to 30 minutes before your start time.  Pick-up will occur sometime after your end time up to the next day.  If flexible delivery is not an option, no big deal just call the office and we can arrange for a same-day timed delivery (there may be additional fees).
