We want you to have the best time possible! Here’s what you need to know before joining the fun:
- The Fit: Riders must be between 50–225 lbs and able to fit securely in our safety harness. (Note: A quick scale check is part of our safety protocol!)
- The Look: Please tie back long hair and leave your shoes at the entrance. If you’re wearing a dress or skirt, make sure to have shorts underneath. We may also ask you to tuck away jewelry and glasses.
- Health Check: To keep everyone safe, this ride isn’t suitable for those who are pregnant, in a cast, or dealing with heart, back, or neck issues.
- Pro-Tip: Want more rides? We suggest having an adult help manage the line so we can keep the queue moving quickly!

1. Peak season pricing is available upon the date selected. Simply click the orange "Check Availability" to see if your date has a peak season price.
2. Out-of-delivery area pricing is available upon request.
3. Additional fees will be shown on the final screen. Some additional fees that may be added are taxes, delivery, and surface fees for surfaces other than grass (for example concrete or landscape rock)
4. Non-Residential orders are required to be placed through the office, do not continue to make the order.
